Process: Traditional washed. 30hrs fermentation in mucilage and sun dried.
Notes: Our Hampton Blend is great in a milk-based coffee or just plain black. A full bodied and intense medium-dark roast with tonnes of chocolate, subtle toffee notes and clean acidity.

Process: Traditional Washed
Notes: This blend is produced in the Central Andes Mountains of Colombia and Huila, they complement each other in flavour and story. With complete traceability the beans are blended and imported directly from the farmers to our roasters making it great to drink black or as a milk-based coffee. Very sweet and fruity aromas with caramel, red fruits and dark chocolate notes. Clean and balanced milk chocolate finish.

Notes: One of the first lots from our roaster's, experimental farm in Bruselas-Pitalito. Sweet like panela, and chocolatey with a balanced, lemony acidity and a syrupy finish. Great black or with milk.

Notes: Sweet armoas with notes of red fruits, and some florals. Bright acidity, very balanced and elegant finish.

Small farm located in Pitalito Huila, owned by José Ordoñez and his wife. He has been in the Top 30 Colombian Cup of Excellence for the last 3 years, always looking to produce the perfect cup.

Notes: A creamy cup with sweet panela aromas and notes of syrupy nectarine and subtle plum. Clean and balanced with an elegant finish.
