Coffee Accessories
If you are not completely satisfied with your coffee accessories purchased, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt for the return with the original receipt of purchase and photograph of purchased products. Returns can be fulfilled when the following conditions are met:

The products must remain sealed in its original packaging;

All brochures and/or documentations are intact; and
-
Products are not damaged, due to negligence.
Once your returned items are received, it will take up to 14 business days to process the return and refund. The refunds will be in the means of credits of equivalent value from the purchase to your email.

Coffee Beans
Due to the nature of our roast-to-order coffee beans, once the payment of coffee beans has been made, orders will be submitted for roasting.
As we strive to provide freshly roasted coffee beans from Australia, no return of coffee beans are not allowed once coffee beans are received.

Our Coffee
We only serve specialty coffee beans!
Specialty coffee refers to high-quality beans that are carefully cultivated, processed, and graded.
Grown in ideal climates and conditions, these beans are handpicked at peak ripeness. To be considered specialty, coffee beans must achieve a score of 80 or above on a 100-point scale during the rigorous grading process established by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). This process evaluates attributes like aroma, flavor, acidity, body, and balance. Expert roasting techniques are employed to bring out the unique characteristics of each coffee variety, offering exceptional taste and connecting consumers to the origin of these outstanding beans.
Yes, absolutely!
We believe in providing only the best quality and freshly-roasted specialty coffee beans. Hence, our coffee beans are roasted in small batches weekly before being delivered to you.
Our coffee beans are roasted to have the best taste and aroma at around 2 weeks from the date of roast.
Yes, we do offer coffee grounds!
However, we recommend purchasing whole beans and grinding them just before brewing to guarantee the freshest taste and highest quality in each cup.
For the best taste experience, we suggest using your coffee beans within eight weeks from their roast date. This ensures you can savour the coffee's peak flavors and aromas.
To preserve your coffee beans and its aromatics, we recommend storing them away from sunlight, oxygen and moisture. You can use an airtight container, or leave them in NimbusBrew's coffee bags.
Our three-layered coffee bags come with a material barrier that protects our beans from oxygen and light. Additionally, there is a built-in one-way valve that allows oxygen to be discharged from our coffee bags.
Shipping & Delivery
Absolutely! Shipping is free within Singapore for orders over $35.
For orders below $35, a flat fee of $3.50 applies within Singapore.
Shipping to Malaysia incurs a flat fee of $8.
We do ship to Malaysia!
At the moment, we only offer shipping services within Singapore and Malaysia.

Coffee Accessories:
Expect delivery within 1-3 working days in Singapore.
Coffee Beans:
Allow up to 10 working days from the roast date. Our beans are freshly roasted in small batches every Wednesday and Thursday in Australia and shipped to you.
Subscribe to receive your beans consistently every Wednesday or Thursday. For Malaysia deliveries, please add up to 3 extra working days.
*If you order both, the later will apply. Thank you for your patience.
*Please note that your first coffee delivery may take up to 10 working days to arrive, as we roast our beans in Australia in small, weekly batches. For example, if you order between 2nd Feb 2022 (Wed) and 8th Feb 2022 (Tue), your beans will be roasted on 9th Feb 2022 (Wed) and take approximately one more week to reach you."
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine multiple orders once they have been placed.
Each order is processed separately and will incur its own shipping charges. To minimize shipping costs, we recommend consolidating your purchases into a single order before checking out.

Signing up for a Coffee Subscription will ensure a regular supply of coffee to your doorstep. Save money and time with this option too!
Identify the beans you like, select the frequency of delivery. Coffee orders will be despatched every Monday and Tuesday with our local courier. Please note, depending on where you live your delivery will take anywhere from 1-5 days to arrive.
Benefit from a 15% discount on subscription orders and, starting with your 9th coffee subscription, earn a 20% rebate through our Loyalty Reward Programme.

Of course! Simply login to your account, and click "View and Edit Subscription". Thereafter, select "Manage Your Subscription". Here, you can skip the relevant upcoming deliveries via calendar on the right column.
Don't forget: all changes to your subscription (1) can be done after the second order, and (2) need to be made before we charge your card (i.e. before 4pm on the Sunday prior to the next dispatch date). If you miss this deadline, the changes will apply to the following delivery.
