4-Steps Guide to Manage Subscriptions
Step 1: Click the account icon to log in.
Step 2: Once logged in, click on "View and Edit Subscription" button to see all purchased items and history.
Step 3: At the products page, click on "Manage your subscription" to access your subscriptions.
Step 4: Once at the subscription page, you can now (1) Edit your upcoming orders, (2) Change your subscription frequency, (3) Change your next order date, (4) Change your contact information, (5) Change your shipping address, and (6) Change your payment method.

Signing up for a Coffee Subscription will ensure a regular supply of coffee to your doorstep. Save money and time with this option too!
Identify the beans you like, select the frequency of delivery. Coffee orders will be despatched every Monday and Tuesday with our local courier. Please note, depending on where you live your delivery will take anywhere from 1-5 days to arrive.
Benefit from a 15% discount on subscription orders and, starting with your 9th coffee subscription, earn a 20% rebate through our Loyalty Reward Programme.

Subscribed coffee orders will be despatched every Monday or Tuesday.

Login with your account details, and click "View and Edit Subscription" at the right of your account page, thereafter select
"Manage Your Subscription".
You can then choose to:
(1) "Edit Your Subscription" - Cancel/Pause*
(2) Change Frequency
(3) Change Next Order Date
(4) Skip Subscription
(5) Edit Shipping Address
(6) Update Payment Method
(7) Update Contact Information
*Changes to your subscription will only be applicable from second order onwards.
Of course! Simply login to your account, and click "View and Edit
Subscription". Thereafter, select "Manage Your Subscription". Here, you can skip the relevant upcoming deliveries via calendar on the right column.
Don't forget: all changes to your subscription (1) can be done after the second order, and (2) need to be made before we charge your card (i.e. before 4pm on the Sunday prior to the next despatch date). If you miss this deadline, the changes will apply to the following delivery.
