The NimbusBrew Carafe is aesthetically designed to serve up to 6 at 900ml capacity. The pitcher is built with non-porous Borosilicate glass which makes it easy to clean and highly heat-resistant. For ease of estimation, our iconic dots are made to blend in with the minimalist look and serve as a water level indicator with 200ml increments. Once the brewing is completed, the sturdy wooden collar at the neck of the Carafe will insulate your hands from the heated glass during the pour.

NimbusBrew Carafe will include a stainless steel filter to provide you a wholesome brewing journey. Alternatively, you can explore our NimbusBrew square filter papers.

Features

Model: WW-CGG010

Capacity: 900ml

High heat resistance borosilicate glass, able to withstand temperature at range of -20℃ to +150℃.

Unique double layered stainless steel mesh technology, allowing coffee oil to pass through easily while holding grounds in the mesh.

The spout is designed to allow air out from the base section during a brew and reduces the chance of a blockage on the spout, when the paper filter collapses, causing the filtration to stall.

Maintenance

With careful handling and cleaning of your carafe brewer, it will last you a lifetime.

Cleaning:

  1. Remove the wooden collar and strap.
  2. Dishwasher: Just put it securely into the dishwasher.
  3. Hand: Soap the carafe and use a soft bristle cleaning brush to clean the interior. Rinse it with water and leave it to dry.

Keep Warm:

To keep your coffee warm, you may place your NimbusBrew carafe directly over a gas flame or glass stovetop at low heat. For induction stovetop, a metal mesh is required to separate the surface of stovetop and the carafe – putting the glass over the stovetop directly will result in breakage.

Pro tip 1: Do not put an empty carafe over the heat source, and always ensure some liquid is present in the brewer for heating.

Pro tip 2: Reheating or overcooking of coffee may deteriorate the taste of coffee, making your brew bitter really quick. We would recommend reheating for no longer than 15 minutes.

 Caution:

Don't bump your borosilicate glassware against a sink wall or against other vessels during cleaning. You could damage the vessel, even subtly, and progressive damage reduces the life of the vessel and introduces safety hazards.
