1. Begin with a Square Filter

2. Fold your square filter into quarters.

2. Imagine a diagonal line running edge-to-edge, through the filter.
Lift an edge and fold it on the imaginary line.

3. Flip the filter paper around and repeat the above. You will be left with a kite shape, with one-fold on each side of the kite.

Picture 6: Fold a full-kite shape on the other side of filter
Fold the paper into 2 to form a rectangular before proceeding to step 5.

5. Place the rectangular shape into the pour over, and it will take shape on it’s on. You might need to adjust a little to get the four pointed tip.
Ensure all recesses are cover, so neither coffee nor water can slip through.

Slot into your carafe and there you have the fold!
